    Regaining Natural T Production

I've ill-advisedly engaged in TRT treatment without hcg for almost a year now. My T dose has almost doubled from my starting dose. I've also recently taken a DIY,walgreens sperm count test. It registered low. (I did forget on step in the procedure. I forgot to stir the sample. This could be a factor.)

I'm assuming the synthetic T alone has suppressed my natural T and sperm levels to very low or effectively zero.
    - Is there any point in taking hcg now? I've been told the hcg could re-trigger my natural production while on synthetic T.
    - Is this true?
    - If I want to regain my natural production(total T:400-600), do I need to stop everything?
    - If so, for how long?
    - Is there anything I can do to expedite the transition or make it less painful?

    Thanks!

    correct.

yes- it gets your testes primed to start natural production- take it until your testes reach normal size again- but if you have a pituitary issue, you will need to take it indefinitely-
