TRT's affect on Cortisol & TSH

Without getting into my story (i'll make another post)
When I was on Testosterone injections 120mg/week.. I noticed my TSH was elevated compared to baseline (before TRT) 2.63 vs 1.0
I also noticed my morning cortisol was at the low end of normal, but I have no previous data..

Is this common , who can explain this ?

2.63 versus 1.0 is not a significant elevation. Testosterone overall enhances thyroid function by promoting conversion from T4 (least active thyroid hormone) to T3 (most active thyroid hormone). Excess oestradiol via aromatization, however, can increase the need for endogenous thyroid hormone, resulting in higher TSH.

Testosterone has a proven anti-stress effect on the brain, cortisol is a stress hormone hence T could lower cortisol somewhat, but not to that extent, it's rather uncommon.
