    Help with Bodyfat % See image

    I am 6'-2" and about 240lbs here
    I keep reading about bodyfat and aromatase..
    so I would like to be at about 15% Any ideas on where I stand here ?

    20% IMO.

    But you have good muscular base, so it should not be difficult to cut a bit.

    20% or so it is..
    I'm going to get down to `15% or better.. My diet could be MUCH better
