HI! NEW HERE FROM GOLD'S VENICE Dealing with self induced Low Tes
Hi,
I'm on here cause i need help with my program.
foundation:
After 3 years of nonstop steroid abuse I quit cold turkey. 3 months of lethargy lead me to a hormone replacement Dr. Blood screening revealed almost no testosterone , estrogen through the roof, and very low T cell count (immune system)
Dr prescribed hormone therapy with blood test screening
200 mg cyp/week
0.25 ml HCG EOD 5 weeks on 2 weeks off
0.5 mg Anastrozole EOD.
Now i feel great, but I can't get rid of my belly!!!!
46 years old, 6'1" 207lbs 15%-18% body fat.
In 3 months I've gained 9lbs. Weight lifting: 4rep-8rep range on all exercises; 8-12 sets each body part once per week; No cardio/loose diet.
NOW:
For 2 weeks I've changed my program and hope to maintain it. (but I'm feeling sluggish and more sore)
6 days/week I do 45-60 mins cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and strong coffee heart rate 110-120 bpm
6 days/week In the evening I train 1 body part/workout 10 rep-12 rep range 3sets 2-3 exercises. I do another 20-30 mins of cardio. bpm same as above
NTRS/day
1lb 90% lean ground beef
6-10 eggs (3 yolks)
2 cans tuna or 8oz cod.
1 cup rice uncooked
2 cups lentils uncooked
1 cup oatmeal uncooked
1 tall glass of home made juice :1 apple, 1 cucumber, 1 stalk celery.
about 1/2 cup olive oil
My pre workout pick me up is a can of coke and various no sugar NO2 supplements.
I drink alcohol daily. I'm trying to restrict it to weekends but I'm having a hard time with it. (think this is the culprit)
I'm probably about 18% body fat. I can't cut my waist line down.
Any suggestions? I hate my belly!!
I have a nice build and my height helps hide my stomach, but I hate it. I used to be a muscular triathlete at 189 5%, but i don't have the time to train 5-6 hrs a day, anymore. Even if I did I'm too lazy now to pursue it.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Confused/concerned about the low T- cell count, that sounds ominous.
With that new program, have to imagine you're going to drop weight.
Me personally: went with a Paleo diet with no fruit, bread, rice, pasta, dairy, junk food of any type and lost about 5% of my body fat.
Similar to you, I have never been able to give up wine, and with Paleo, lost the weight and never stopped drinking.
