Drawing the last dosage from the vial

It might seem a silly question. How do you guys draw the last dosage from the Testosterone or HCG vial, especially when you are drawing 0.5ml?. I find it extremely difficult to do that so I just break the seal and remove the rubber stopper and stick the needle directly into the vial.

I turn the vial upside down and position the tip of the needle so that it is just barely penetrating the lowest point of the stopper and draw out the contents.

This is the best way to do it, and just accept you're going to lose a few drops. You probably lose more in the hub every injection than whats left behind in the vial.

same. I also draw a little short of my dose to make sure it lasts the length. Others use the air-lock method to ensure all medication from the needle tip gets in there.

I use an 18g draw needle along with the method mentioned above of keeping the vial upside down with the needle tip just barely penetrating the stopper.

It's hard for me to get the last drops from the vial because it often times signals the end of a cycle and the tears of sadness overwhelm me...

But anyway, I do as Baxter does:
