What E2 levels cause gyno (ballpark); Can Clomid cause symptoms of low E2?

Background
I'm on TRT at 200mg cypionate per week plus HCG 500iu 2X per week.
Last E2 sensitive test came back at 63.5. Range 8-35. (i think it might have spiked bc the week prior to test had just cut back from .5 adex 2X/week to .25 adex 2X/week....tested again yesterday to see if E2 is decreasing; still awaiting results)


QUESTION 1: At what level of E2 should I be worried about gyno at that dosage of cypionate? I know everyone is different, no normal etc....I'm looking for a ballpark range.

Doc also prescribed 25mg clomid ED, but I quit taking after 2 weeks because I felt like shit, E2 sensitive was at 2 on 8-35 range. I think what killed E2 was 1mg Adex E3D, but I'm wondering if Clomid didn't contribute to low E2 symptoms...no energy, limpdick, no sex drive. I don't know enough about Clomid to know low E2 was 100% adex, or if it was combo of adex and Clomid.

QUESTION 2: I know Clomid just blocks estrogen receptors w/o actually lowering E2 levels, but can too much Clomid blocking receptors cause low E2 symptoms like limp dick, no libido, no energy??

QUESTION 3: Does Clomid only block estrogen receptors in breast tissue, or does it block them elsewhere also?

QUESTION 4: Are the receptors in breast tissue the ones that make you feel like shit if they aren't receiving enough estrogen or are those different receptors?

#1- Everybody is different.. My Non sensitive E2 test has been up to about 75 and I never had or felt gyno
#2 - Not in my experience .. I have used clomid for months at a time
#3 - Not sure of science

So adding Clomid isn't going to have the effect of making me feel like E2 is lower than it actually is?? For example, if I'm at E2 of 18, adding Clomid won't have the effect of making me feel like E2 is at 5 (limp dick, no energy etc....) correct??

I had low E2 before I started my TRT, and I tried very low dose Clomid as a mono-therapy, as a result I got mega-horny as a dog, so I doubt it did any bad for my E2

I don't think so.. but many feel poorly from the sides of clomid..
I took 25mg EOD for 4-5 months at a time and while my E2 was higher than I would have liked. It did raise my LH way over range.. And total T to like 700.. It also raised my SHBG from 22 to 50..
It also gave me a huge spike in Libido.. Some attribute that to raised LH ..

I was on 25mg ED for 1.5 weeks at the very beginning of TRT. But I was also on 3mg of Anastrozole per week, so my T bottomed out. I couldn't lose fat, retained water, had zero energy......but I don't know how much of that was because my Dr. had me taking ridiculous amount of anastrozole, or if clomid contributed to it.

I backed adex off to .5 3X a week, then to .25 2X a week, and as I was doing this my nips were very sensitive bc of rebound effect. I was scared I was getting gyno and wondered if clomid would help....

If I had a dollar for every guy that thought he had gyno but really didn't I would be rich. I even know of a prominent board member who for 3 years thought he had gyno, only to find out officially it was just a fat nodule.

In truth the chances of you having gyno on the dose of anastrozole you are on is almost zero.

You have no idea how much better I feel just reading that......this has been messing with my head for the past 6 weeks. I just had E2 tested and it was 22. I'm getting prolactin tomorrow. Is it safe to assume that if prolactin is in range and E2 is 22, that I probably am not in early stages of gyno?
