Ill try and keep this as concise as possible. I've been on some form of trt for the last two and half years. I am a post finasteride sufferer. Tried multiple treatments to no avail. Last protocol was a pct style protocol for 5 months. I was on clomid eod 25mg, nolvadex 10mg, and 3000iu of hcg a week. This brougt my test levels just above the accepted limit though my estradiol was more than twice the limit. No surprise I felt like crap. My endo was convinced I was starting to produce my own test so I switched to 25mg eod of clomid. I went from having over limit test to under limit in one week. I was put on arimidex during that week 0.5 mg twice a week. I have an appointment in two weeks. I can't wait til then so I started injecting 100mg of cyp twice a week along with 25mg eod of clomid, and the arimidex. It's been a week. Still feel like crap and lost muscle. Anyone else on a similar regiment or have any success with this protocol? Thanks

Ridiculous to combine clomid and nolva with hcg . C/N stimulate LH production and signal the testies to produce testosterone . HCG mimics LH and over time is suppressive to LH production. That amount of HCG is also way overboard and no doubt contributed to your estrogen issue.

If you are switching to injections then you do not need clomid. It won't do anything for you in the presence of exogenous testosterone. Your doc needs to self educate a little bit more.....

I have read the theory of clomid doing nothing while on test injections , Since LH has been documented as nill.
But I do have personal experience where I was on T injections and my balls had shrunk and softened and then added some clomid and within 2 weeks my balls reappeared and my ejaculation volume went WAY up.
I do realize its not really a protocol that is noted as common place.
I do think that Clomid and HCG is a no no..

Have you thought about dropping the clomid and lowering your HCG dose to a reasonable amount to see how you do/feel?

I felt best taking clomid eod at 50mg with axiron and hcg . Eventually my esterogen rocketed then felt like crap. Seeing a new doc in two weeks. Will update.
