How to lower prolactin without caber?

Am taking 200mg Test cyp 2X week with 500iu HCG 2X per week, on those days I also take .25 anastrozole. Just had levels checked

Test level = 1100ish,
Free Test = 27
Estrodial sensitive = 47 (just above top end of normal)
prolactin = 17 (just above top end of normal)

I think throwing in another .25 of arimidex per week should lower e2, but what do I do to lower the prolactin??

Nothing. 17 above is ok....i was nearly fine with 350, topborder 200 and my doc said it should be ok. Possible its not perfect for bodybuilding but 17 above wouldnt concern me.

But, i think its a really good question. I really hate the DAs.
I guess if you google top prolactin lowering food types for men, u will get some veggies listed and u could try. But it really would be helpful if somebody had a waterproof quickfix. But i doubt it..this subject has been asked for in many threads and as i remember, most vets and halfvets only say try switching from caber to prami.

Estradiol stimulates PRL, by keeping E2 in range the PRL might also lower on its own.

Being it a really mild elevation B6 vit. supplementation might be enough to lower it a bit.

this is probably a stupid question.....but is there any rebound effect from B6? I know, I know......stupid. But seriously, is there?

What do you mean "rebound". Upon discontinuation? None either... avoid megadosing, excess B6 is toxic to the nervous system.

Best option is activated B6 in the form pyridoxal phosphate (P5P).

Prolactin is different in all humans. Some people like me with controlled estrogen still have 4x top end of scale Prolactin level. If your nipples leak then yeah time to find something.

Did you type that correctly? You're taking 400 mgs total test per week for TRT?

No, sorry....great catch Kel. I am taking 100mg 2X a week.....for a TOTAL of 200mg per week.

Can you please explain what's really going on with B6? It seems like its being marketed as a Dopamine Activator but somehow doesn't have the side effects of the pharms. Does that really work? Does it inhibit prolactin in some other way? it's not super clear anywhere how it does it and some sources even say it increases prolactin?

It's also causing and solving neuropathy? I don't get it. Supposedly the activated form will not cause neuropathy except sometimes when it does?

What's the right dosage? (in men)

Dostinex/Cabergoline is a DA and much better option if it is really needed. I'd definitely avoid some of the B6 dosages posted on Reddit, forums, etc.
