Bloods before starting TRT
I have an appointment at a TRT clinic in the middle of October. I am currently NOT on TRT
after making the app.. I have received the attached requisition for bloodwork.
From blood work years ago I am fairly certain I will qualify. But as you all know its a large commitment and from previous experience for me a big struggle with sides (at least at first)
Is there is any other bloodwork I should request on my own before manipulating my hormones.
I don't see CORTISOL or DHEA on here..
Thoughts ?

Well cortisol you want to measure with a 4 point saliva anyway.
The DHEA you want to do blood.
Do you have adrenal insufficiency symptoms?

I few points.
My diet for the last 5 weeks has been terrible..
And I have done zero training.. I was gone on a 3 week moose hunt.
This doc has sent another request yesterday for a follow up on free and total t
It sounds like a Canadian standard to re-check the numbers.

By your bloodwork you are not hypogonadal. What symptoms you have, or have you just decided you want TRT for no reason?
Truth is that if you go to a TRT clinic bloods dont really matter much as their business is to sell TRT, and if you want it you will get it.

Vit D3 test is not reliable.
Results can be everywhere. Just supplement, no need to test.

Libido is not what is was while on TRT.. Not as strong or explosive as when on TRT.
But overall I feel well and really want long term health more than anything and If TRT is not a health benefit then I am happy to do without.
thanks for your feedback guys..
BTW - My current plan is to really focus on diet , sleep and training and see where it is in another six months

I'm not an expert but I've been on TRT for years. It doesn't sound to me like you have the symptoms that would necessitate it. My numbers are on a different scale, but your numbers don't seem that bad either.
Let me put it this way, my hopes when I started TRT were to bring me up to as "bad" as you feel now.
