Wondering if this is a good trt protocol
First off I want to start by saying why I'm going on.
I'm 31 and definitely believe I have low T. I had my levels tested 2 years ago when I had insurance and my dr sent me to some quack endocrinologist who didn't even wanna discuss someone my age having low T. I used all kinds of different steroids from 18-22(along with other street drugs) very irresponsibley and I think that could have a very direct correlation with why I'm low now along with head injuries Ive had throughout my life. I even had to have gyno surgery a couple years ago which was successful and I'm VERY happy with the results even though it costed me $4,500.
Anyway, for about 5 years now I've had almost all of the symptoms of low T. that I shouldn't have at this age and I know in my heart of hearts that this is not right and it's not who I am.
From all the research I've done I've come to the conclusion I want to pretty much be on trt for the rest of my life, without all the bad side effects of course.
I put in an order for cyp250, Prop250, and Aromasin 10mg.
The plan is to kickstart with the prop at 100mg's every other day (for two weeks) and the cyp @ half(125mgs) twice the first week then kick it up the second week to full dosage at 250mgs twice a week. After the cyp takes the first two weeks to kick in then I will start weening off the prop by cutting it in half for the third week till it's gone. I will then continue the cyp forever.
Do I need to be taking the aromasin all the time?ed?eod?w/every shot? Or only when I'm feeling high nip sensitivity? Is it necessary I take something else all the time for other problems that might occur or is this ai good enough? Cheaper the better but I also want to feel better(this isn't about getting bigger for me, it's about my overall well being) but I don't want to feel like shit because I'm dosing an ai all wrong. Also is this the right long term trt plan? Please help. Thanks!!Last edited by Lilphlip; 10-28-2016 at 03:50 PM. Reason: Bad grammar, made no sense

Thats not TRT, thats a cycle.
TRT dosages are around 100-150mgs per week.

I do bjj as often as I can which is usually about 5 days a week so I'm in good shape but I have very little muscle and I'm a pretty small guy. 5'6" 142lbs. Not trying to go up in weight but I won't be mad if I do, I just want to feel the normalness of having regular test levels. Thanks again guys!

How about the kickstart? Will 100mgs of prop be fine eod for the first 3 weeks while kickstarting?
About 100mgs of cyp shot twice a week should be optimal I'm seeing. Do I really need to make sure I'm taking something else for the negative side effects on such low doses?

Your first place to start would be blood work as posted above. Also, you'll need to monitor your levels of testosterone and E2 and adjust A.I., if required, as needed. Not to mention monitor your hematocrit, hemoglobin, lipids, PSA, etc.
There's a really good writeup that would help guide/educate you on the blood work aspect:

Perhaps since you are fairly young and if your levels are low, you have a good chance at a HPTA/HPGA restart? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Bad news. I can't afford blood work again right now since I don't have insurance anymore.
What could happen if my levels are semi normal and I did 200mgs of cyp a week?Last edited by Lilphlip; 10-29-2016 at 03:10 PM.
