Long story short I am traveling to the east coast next weekend and plan on meeting someone for the weekend. Would adding to my TRT does help me in the libido dept? I have half a bottle of T extra and adex and just want to increase me libido. currently on 70mg x 2 /week and run in the mid 600's total T and maxed out on free T, have been dialed in for going on 4 years. Would you, should I increase my does to "help" me over that weekend? Stupid question maybe.

Personally, cialis doesn't do much for me. Additional test could go either way I think - depends upon your activity, diet, lifestyle, etc. Depending upon what test you have as some aren't active for several days after injection.
