Test Results (18/male). Thoughts?

I'm an 18 year old male. Been struggling with libido issues since 16 (been self-medicating with viagra/cialis). My sex drive is practically nonexistent- (been over a month since GF and I have been intimate, don't feel any urge to at all). Decided to get my bloods tested after reading up on possible causes for these symptoms. Test came back at 360ng/dl (LH, FSH, etc. below at bottom).

I apologize if there's non-relevant information blood information below, I'm still trying to understand all the relevant factors and wanted to make sure my information was as complete as possible.
Could anyone give any insight into whether these problems could be caused by low-T, and possible appropriate steps to remedy this?

That is extremely unusual at age 18. Something like that may have an underlying cause. It would behoove you too examine that possibility. Perhaps you could look into a hospital/dr network, a place like mayo or the big chain in Houston. I just named the big ones that most people know. There are a few where I live, there must be a few near you. Make an appointment with an endocrinologist at one of them. His findings will be shared with the other docs. They will all consult and look at your situation holistically (whole person). Your life may be at stake.

At that age I too had low testosterone. More meetings with your doctor are in order... TRT is last resort, and an underlying condition might be the cause.

Agreed, and once you've investigated an underlying cause and none exists, your BW makes you a great candidate for trt. Try HCG monotherapy first. Consider storing your sperm in case you need it later.
