Improved sexual function day of injection

I've been on gel, pellets and now injections for a couple months. I inject 140 every seven days and noticed that my sexual function is best the day of injection. The day after injection isn't bad but my sex drive and function tapers off as I get further from my injection day.

Do others experience the same, is this just in my head or something else? Thanks!

Do you use anything to control estrogen?
Do you measure it on bloodwork?

I've noticed that a high androgen level can in some ways override the negative stimuli of E2 on libido. That's why I ask.
