TrT Every Four Days

For my TrT I take

12.5 Aromasin daily
100-150 Test E Weekly Split into two shots


My question is why every fourth day I get a major hormone change? I cry emotional etc. At first I said it is the Test wearing off and Estrogen high but after second thought I think it may be due to estrogen peaking due to the Test peaking.

I am curious because it is like a light switch. Emo on at exactly same time every 4 days. Thanks in Advance.

Could be as test peaks in 24 hrs of so, metabolism dependent. Couple thoughts, I wonder if managing the timing of your aromasin relative to your injection would help? Meaning however you're doing it now, switch it up a bit and see if it helps. Also curious if you've tried adex and had the same results. Also #2, does it happen at both 100 mgs and 150 mgs?

Tried Adex. It works ok when on cycle but for just a trt dose it always bottoms my estrogen too low no matter how small a dose I take.

It happens at both 100 and 150.

Additional info. I had Estradol tested via blood on a day 4 and on day 2. E2 result exact middle of normal range (same exact value) on both days.

Interesting. I wonder if dropping your T dose down a bit and possibly being able to eliminate any form of AI would resolve the issue? Is your FT high enough on your current dose to allow this?
