Hi, TRT is now having positive results on how I feel and perform but I still feel unwell. It's looking like my digestive issues are causing me to have problems digesting B12, so I am going to take the supplement.
I have 500mg 1ml ampules.
Does anyone here have an opinion on what dosage and how often I shout inject?

My doc prescribed 1 ml e3d. I started small at .3. I couldn't sleep that night. Next time I did .1. I can handle that but if its the last workout day before my day-off I can't.
My advice: start slow.

Turns out I have the cheap stuff (cyanoc)which only really works if injected into the muscle. Good job I posted.

I use the methyl sublinquals @ 5000 mcgs and have had great results backed up by BW.
