    Clomid Alone for Hormone Boost?

Hi guys. I didnt know where to put this so i posted here, If wrong please move. Thanks.
Well im 25 years old and i was looking for something to give me an hormonal boost but witouth starting juice.
Yesterday i got some clomid and took 25mg. Well a couple hours later and until now i started to feel more energetic and with some kinda mood bost… 0 side effects until now. My question is if i take 50mg would i get more of an effect? My plan is to take it M/W/F.
How could i know if it will be beneficial to my muscle growth or the opposite?
How could i realise if i would get more from it if I add from example arimidex ?
Im planning on taking it no more than for 2 months.

    Thank you very much!

Why do you think you need clomid? At your age, your natural test levels do not require supplementation, especially something which provides so low an increase. If your a candidate for TRT, that's different.

Well I dont think I need it. I know it can give me some boost to my gains, so I tought why not?
I have came from the gym 2 hours ago. And i notice i see myself bigger and I can see some water retention. Also I have just measured my weight and i have gained 4,4lbs in just 3 days (since I have started the clomid). I havent changed my diet so i have to assume its weight from water.

Drop the clomid and focus on your nutrition. Very few guys actually eat enough to gain weight, let alone train hard enough.

I don't normally reply to guys using TRT drugs for non TRT reasons (i.e., bodybuilding), but I feel compelled to advise against going off the rails of standard BB protocols. Whenever you interrupt the natural secretion of hormones in the body, there is a cascade effect throughout the body. Yes, clomid may temporarily increase LH secretion by selectively inhibiting negative feedback on GnRH secretion, but what happens next? Are you prepared to handle the increased conversion to E2? And what about the side-effects of clomid? I've done a little experimenting with clomid as a replacement for HCG , and my experience is that it definitely will have estrogenic side-effects at 50 mg 3X per week.

My advice, is not to screw up your endocrine system with exogenous hormones or analogs (like clomid), bit if you are going to do it, that you stick to established protocols and not try to reinvent the wheel.

What about taking Clomid 12.5 mg (or even 6.25 mg) 2-1 times per week? Do I have a greater chance to minimize side effects while still getting the benefits of raising my Low T?

I did an experiment one with 12.5 mg of clomid per day as a substitute for HCG about a year+ ago. I was having some difficulty sourcing HCG and I was also doing some extensive traveling which made HCG difficult to use (i.e., no refrigeration for long periods of time). It did seem to be effective in preventing testicular atrophy (very subjective measure), and the estrogenic side-effects were tolerable. however, I went back to HCG because I feel better on HCG than with Clomid. I don't plan to repeat the experiment as I now have a dependable source of HCG and a good stockpile.

I will do this experiment in the future as well with very low dose clomid and report on my results here. In the meantime, I found a thread where a guy reports having success with clomid 5mg EOD:

Forgot to ask Youthful, did you have any side effects like the eye floaters? I heard they are permanent and that's scary.

I'm not understanding your logic that there will be increased estrogen side effects when the serm (clomid) blocks estrogen at the receptor so until he stops he should see and feel nothing from it imho...maybe because you where not taking it everyday idk...the theory here is to block the estrogen to possibly raise free test but in reality even though that may be true it is so short lived its not worth it or everyone would be doing it...if your test levels are good for your age why in gods name do you want to disrupt it...

Ghetto the clomid tricks the hypothalamus into basically thinking that there's no estrogen so it ramps up production to a higher level thus creating more T then E downstream.

I'm not an expert on Clomid, but I was under the impression that it was very selective to blocking E2 receptors in the hypothalamus, where it prevents the negative feedback on GnRH production. Clomid itself has estrogenic side-effects too. While weak in that regard, it does have estrogenic side-effects. My experience is that they become noticeable (for me anyway) at doses that exceed about 12 mg per day. They are mostly CNS side-effects similar to low T effect on the brain.

Not worth it IMO, unless needing hrt and wanting to try a coupel options out, but for a boost for muscle gain? no

Does anybody happen to have any info on Clomid cycling? I am thinking of cycling Clomid instead of continuing with this drug regularly in my system. Would you happen to know this and also how often Clomid can be cycled again?

I'm currently on a twice a week 6.25 mg regimen and wanted to know if I need to titrate the dose down to once a week before stopping or if I can just stop it now.

    Cheers.
