    6 month bloodwork

On TRT for 6 months now. Had bloodwork done before, at 3 month and now again at 6. 3 month mark had my total at high 900’s with a free test at the very top of the range. Lowered dose and now I am at the top of the normal range and free is in the middle. My biggest concern has been hematocrit but it has remained the same since before I started. Is this an indicator that I will never have to worry about high HCT or can it just spike at any given time?

Don't worry about TT that much, try to use FT as your guide. I prefer FT at the top of it's range but it depends on how you feel and whether other indicators fall in line for you to do so (RBC's, Estrogen, etc.) And no, you may have to worry about it in the future as how your body metabolizes things can change. When I first started TRT I never needed an AI. Now I do. It's why BW is so crucial. Adapt and overcome.

    What is your actual protocol?
