    Problem with E2

I am taking Testosterone Cyp 30 mg. 200mg T Cyp injected twice weekly.
I began taking T about a year ago around Christmas time.

My problem is that I cannot get my E2 up where it belongs. I am always hovering around 15. My libido is dead and erections are soft.

I am on no AI all.
I am not on HCG .
    10/23/2017 test results showed

    TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL 1,051 ng/dL 221 - 716 ng/dL
    FREE TESTOSTERONE CALCULATION 26.55 ng/dL 4.7 - 24.4 ng/dL
    ALBUMIN 3.9 g/dL 3.5 - 5.0 g/dL
    SEX HORMONE BINDING GLOBULIN 35.0 nmol/L 11 - 78 nmol/L

    ESTRADIOL, SERUM 16 pg/mL 11 - 44 pg/mL

    CBC:
    WBC 10.09 10(3)/mcL 4.00 - 12.00 10(3)/mcL
    RBC 5.61 10(6)/mcL 4.40 - 5.80 10(6)/mcL
    HEMOGLOBIN (HGB) 17.1 g/dL 13.0 - 16.5 g/dL
    HEMATOCRIT (HCT) 48.7 % 38.0 - 50.0 %
    MCV 86.8 fL 82.0 - 96.0 fL
    MCH 30.5 pg 26.0 - 32.0 pg
    MCHC 35.1 g/dL 31.0 - 36.0 g/dL
    PLATELET COUNT 186 10(3)/mcL 140 - 440 10(3)/mcL
    RDW 12.3 % 11.8 - 15.5 %
    MPV 10.9 fL 8.0 - 12.6 fL

I gave blood at the local center yesterday to get the Hematoocrit to a better level.

Any advice on what to do about the low E2? I feel great otherwise.
    Thanks.. Gary

Well, as a matter of fact, I am! I have never been leaner in my entire adult life.

If that is the problem, how do I fix it without getting fat again?

I also planned on going on hCG as soon as I figured out my low Estradiol and
my doc is ok with that.

    thanks.. Gary

Low body fat mean less T to E conversion. Yes, some people can genetically be predisposed to lower E levels but odds are in your case it's related to very low body fat. Your body needs some fat for overall health and homeostasis.

How do you fix it without getting fat? Can't answer that without knowing what you consider fat? Here's a simple chart:

If you're extremely low it's simply not healthy long term. I can understand it if you were once over weight and worked your ass off to be lean but it needs to be kept in perspective. Yes, HCG can help induce intra testicular estrogen.

    Body fat

I am 62 yrs old, 6'0, 195 lbs and muscular for an old guy. The last time I checked my body fat percentage with calipers, I only checked my love handles (my waistline is the only place I have any fat) and I was at 22%. If I take 4 or 5 readings and average it, that number will come down.
When I first started trying to remedy the libido problem with TRT, my T was at 500, Estrodial was around 15 and adding the T made it spike for a short time, but it eventually came right back down as my T level continued up.
I have passed thru that sweet spot of feeling great, morning wood and great erections a couple of times, but cannot seem to keep it there. I cannot add anymore T, I am above 1000 now.

    Thanks.. Gary
