Just got my free and total test results, need some help please.
Hello, I am 32 years old and have been feeling like complete crap for a few years now. I have been working out for a couple years, diet is on point and as far as training goes I push myself to the limit every workout. I am really trying to figure out why I am so excessively tired all the time and my body feels like I am 80. I am not over training, I do super set splits and work out 3-4 times a week at the moment. I am just having a lot of along with super slow fat loss and muscle gain.
so my total test which I assume testosterone , serum is, is 355 ng/dl
and my free test is 9pg/ml
I have heard great things about TRT this is why I wanted to get tested. Any advice is much appreciated.
Is this low because I feel like the poster child for low T literally
also lab was done in the morning an hour after I woke fasting.

It's evident, based on your age that your testosterone level ( total and free ) is pretty low and this could explain your symptoms. To complete the scenario you should check prolactin and LH, as E2.

You're pretty low, now you need to know why. See if you can get the blood work listed in the thread:
