Hello, it's been quite a while since I posted. Here for the obvious reason, help that I can get here but seemingly not elsewhere. My health provider is trying to find an endocrinologist that has experience in steroid use in patients, until then here's my situation...
Was on trt for 6 years, I've been off for a year and a half, did a successful exit protocol.
2 months ago I started to notice the internal and sometimes outward rage I'd get with high estrogen. Asked for a total estrogen test from my doc, and total test. Test is ok,568, but as I suspect my estrogen was high, really high 185 on the male/female range, high is 115. Total e is a shit test I know, but 185 is really high for a 40 year old not on test.
Total test - normal
total estrogen - very high
Free test - high
albium - almost high
Globulin - almost low
ag ratio - high
prolactin - normal
I'm currently having burning nips, puffy, sensitive, much worse than ever felt if my e got high on a cycle. Excessive sweating, and raging, can't sleep. The first endocrinologist in saw said she wouldn't prescribe anything to manage the estrogen. I want to take something to control my estrogen, but I'm also am curious as to why so much of my test is converting to estrogen. that's my question to anyone that would like to answer...why so much conversion to e...what other tests are needed to determine why?
