Hi Everyone! So I have been on TRT for 3 months and am feeling great! I am considering on skipping a couple of months in order to save up my dosages for a "legal" cycle. What is your opinion? Does anyone do this? My concerns are the feeling like hell for not taking it and maybe a crash from the cycle afterwards. Or should I just source and continue TRT and blast and cruise? 25 with hypogonadism, 10 years of training, 185lbs and diet and training on point. just finished a bulk.
Blast and cruise, but later on.. Definitely wouldn't go through the rollercoaster ride of a normal healthy levels and then back to crappy levels.
At 3 months in on your TRT, you really aren't totally settled in yet. Your "feeling good" is really just beginning, IMHO.

What does your TRT look like?
Do you b/c on the side or just straight TRT?
Are you also taking HCG and some type of AI ?

Currently set to 160mg/wk tcyp in two doses sunday and wednesday, .5mg arimidex Monday and Thursday, 250iu hcg daily. I am doing straight trt at the moment. Have been considering doing a cycle for a couple of years and just been researching. Will plan on b/c sometime in future.
Just out of curiosity, where does that amount of a'dex put your E2 levels, BuddyG? How are your total and freeT?Quote:

I actually do have a true medical need for it. My levels were checked 4 times prior to trt and ranged from 150 to 330. Also had many side effects from the low t. No sex drive, gained fat easily, depression, low drive.Quote:

Stick to just TRT for at least a year and dial things in. Specifically with your adex. That's a killer amount for 160 mgs pw TRT and I have to believe that your E2 is close to being tanked. To give you some perspective, if I were to run a 750 mg Test cycle I would use .5 mgs adex x 3 pw.

250Iu HCG daily sounds excessive. Normal protocol is up to 500IU twice a week.

Didn't realize that it was too much. Will plan on cutting back soon. Will b/w show a higher lh level with taking hcg? Is that how you know you are taking enough?

Can you save up enough to where you can justify feeling worse and loosing some gains to where you would feel it is worth it after doing a cycle. I wouldn't.
Good point Balin! Not planning on saving trt for a cycle. I will plan on picking up some test e and run a test only cycle.
As others have said, wait it out. It takes a good year at least to adjust to your new “normal” levels on trt, especially if you were legit low T for very long prior. I know it’s tough, but you need to mentally separate medical trt from cycling/AAS. The Trt is to keep you healthy and balanced and if you want to add in some cycles later on that’s fine, but always think of your trt as your baseline that you never go off of.

As far as reason for low t.. I think it is hereditary. I have had two surgeries on my groin and a concussion as well. Hydrocele and spermatocele. However as said it is probably hereditary. Common issue in my family. Two close family members been on trt for years. 2 Others have issue and choose to live with it.
