TRT blood check, low test still

Ive been on TRT for almost 2 years now. Last year was upped from 100mg/w to 200mg/w. Since the first of the year I have been feeling super tired and worn down and my lifts have been suffering so I decided to get myself checked out. After a full panel everything is in range but test levels were low again.

    PSA 0.80
    SHBG 23
    Total test 349
    Free test 87.5

These were pulled 3 days after I pinned 100mg of cyp. Ive been pinning twice a week for 6 months now. When I first moved to 200/w my numbers were staying in the 500-700 range. Im curious as to why its low again and barely in range.

If you have more BW post it.
BW is just a snapshot in time.
Like to see a range on your FT.
CBC's are needed if fatigued as well as a thyroid panel.

All your numbers look great. Agree T seems low but as stated, just a snapshot in time. I wouldn't worry about it. Carry on and keep an eye on it for your next BW. I don't see anything listed that would make you tired. Maybe you're simply over-worked physically and mentally and need to take a break. Your CNS needs a break now and then to recharge.

Would Trazadone mess with my test levels? I started that a week prior to help with sleeping issues.

Not exogenous T. Are you on it for depression or ED issues?

Just for sleep aid. Insomnia has been an issue over the last two months. Dr. wanted to try other things before full blown sleeping pills. It however had zero effect in helping me sleep so I stopping after a week of use.
