HCG Troche vs Injection
Hey Everyone!
My balls have seriously shrunk! I am on trt and all is great. My HCG are troches that I put under my tongue. I take 500iu of this 4 days per week. Is this stuff just junk and I need to switch to injection? Does anyone on here use troches?

HCG is not absorbed sublingual. You've been sold a bill of goods. Get some injectable. It's the ONLY way it can be administered.

My trouch hcg works great
But mine is 1000iu and I only do it once a week as the glands lose sensitivity to hcg fairly quickly.

Sublingual HCG is a fraud.

It is easy to obtain through alternate channels and at prices competitive compared to US pharmacies (if you can get it prescribed). I used to obtain it through alternate channels to supplement my prescribed dose because my original doc would not go higher than 500 IU per week and I want 1000 IU. My new doc will prescribe at that level, so I no longer have a reason to purchase through alternate channels.
Again, don't get sold a bill of goods. Sublingual simply does not work. Save your money and use nothing at all if that's all you can get.

HCG is a fairly large molecule.
Would not think it will work sublingual or even if mixed with DMSO it wouldn’t go through skin.
Even if it did, absorption would be highly variable. Inject it.
