SubQ Injection Sites and Rotation
Hello! I was a frequent poster here several years ago, when I first got started with TRT. Once it got dialed in, I went on with my life. I am hoping to get some veteran advice from the experts here on one small item.
I inject Test E every 4 days, and HCG every two days. For the Test E I use a 27 gauge "allergy" needle. For the HCG it is a 29 gauge insulin needle. For both, I do it SubQ. (I use relatively small amounts.)
I only do injections in my belly fat, and I rotate 4 sites. Right love handle, right belly (2" from belly button), left belly, left love handle. I have been doing this for about 5 years. For the most part, I have no issues. Every couple months I will get a hard lump from a Test E injection, at the injection site, but it dissolves without issue. Of course, now and again I get slight bruising.
I feel like everything is fine, and my regimen works. But I am a little concerned that rotating between 4 injection sites it not enough. (Although the HCG/insulin needles in particular do not seem to ever cause any trauma.) Can I proceed as I am doing? Or somewhere in the next decade or so am I going to regret not mixing things up more, and have an issue?
Thanks a lot!
