How often do you guys do blood work? I'm about a year/half on TRT and its changed things in many ways. My only concern is I have kind of started being lazy with the blood work. I used get bloods pulled every 3 months, but now I'm getting lazy and have toned it down to 3-5 months for blood work
I get bloods done every 6 months. I've been on TRT for a long time and I got to a point where I have a good idea where I am based on how I feel.
Once dialed in 6 months is fine. Some doc's go even longer depending on the patient and and protocol.

I dropped my TRT doc pretty much. Doing it on my own now and just didn't like the experience going through a TRT doc who is saying those levels are fine and everyone else on the internet is complaining about my RBC count or cholesterol etc.. meanwhile doc says no nothing to worry about
Understood. Always better with a competent doc though if you can find one that's up with current norms.
