Trt longevity - how long have you been on TRT. Advice?

    Hello,
Just curious to see how long members have been on TRT and any lessons learned that can be passed on?

    Going on 4 years.

Only advice I have is I'd rather have not gone on it. It was prescribed to see if it would help me sleep better.....and because my test levels were low, but I wasn't experiencing any low t side affects, so wish I'd waited as long as I could before going on it.

I have been on roids continuously since my join date - with the longest break being 2-3 months(a few times)

I met a guy my age(43) once, he was diagnosed with low test & put on trt for about 20 years - he didn’t even work out much. Just did it because his test numbers were in the low 200’s in his early 20’s

It’s hard to get a census on this - imo, anything above minimum prescribed trt(about 800 total test) levels will fuck up most of us in the long run.
