What are your AI doses after blast?

When you guys do a blast and then come back down to your low dose TRT after, do you gradually drop down your AI dose? Does it make sense to keep your on cycle AI dose for 4 weeks after you stop your blast, then drop the AI to whatever your TRT dose was before because by then T and E levels should have come down?

That wouldn't hurt to keep your AI dose for a week. The half life of Test E and Test Cyp is 5 days and 8 days.

what is the best blasting protocol for someone who has to get bloodwork every 3-4 months and does not want any red flags? it can be conservative amounts.

im on 200 mg/week doctor prescribed. I was thinking of doing 12 weeks of 400 mg of prop? and then back to TRT dose and have bloodwork on the 14th week? or is two weeks not enough?
