Zero sperm!!!
Um, ya...
Just got my semen analysis back and comes out to ZERO sperm at all.
I already have one kid so I know I'm not infertile. I conceived my first son by getting off everything, hitting some HCG for a month and taking zero gear or test; 4 months later my wife was pregnant.
That was 2.8 years ago.
Every since then I was prescribed 200mg of Cyp for TRT because I had low T. My levels at that dose came back 1500, so my doc wanted me to drop to 100mg, but I didn't care to lol.
My wife and I have been having unprotected sex for almost 3 years now, however, I have been adding other gear on and off on top of the TRT, but, I have been taking HCG the entire time at 1000ius a week, which is shocking I got zero on my test. I was under the impression that no matter how much crap you are on, and if you are a TRT person, HCG is needed and the amount exogenous test is irrelevant and wouldn't interfere with fertility./
The cycle I am currently on is 200 cyp and 300 NPP a week. IGF 1, hgh frag, adex and caber. Before this, I was taking tren instead of NPP, no break in between.
The doc said to drop ALL test and deca ; up HCG to 2500iu per week, then come back in a month for another analysis. I'm going to do this, but my concern I told the nurse was, if I'm on TRT, then getting totally off would be counterproductive, but she said the month off will lower my test, not get rid of it totally. Thing is, if my test does come back with some sperm, what happens when I add more test back into the mix? That's my forward thinking here.
Has anyone else gone through this? I don't think it makes sense to get off test totally, but more sense to go back to 100m prescribed of cyp.
Any advice appreciated.Last edited by JuliusPleaser; 07-27-2018 at 10:09 AM.

Weather you do 200mgs or drop to 100 is irrelevant. You can't be a little bit pregnant, you either are or are not.
You are "shut down" from the outside T, your body is producing next to none regardless of the HcG . The nurse clearly doesn't know what she is talking about and frankly I would be concerned about the Dr. also considering the advice he is offering.
Big misconception with Drs, if you are prescribed T, this will be in lue NOT in addition to your current/existing levels.....I once got into a shouting match with a bonehead Dr who wanted to tell me because my natty Tes was 286 , I only needed a very small amount (25mgs) per week to push me above the 350 clinical range threshold, he was willing to bump it to 50 in 3 months if I was still low......Ridiculous!
I think you need to drop everything and do a solid PCT if you are to have any chance to recover. People will tell you how they got pregnant while on but I think that is more the exception.

What's the objective here? Have another baby?
It's not clear from your post.
If you want to be fertile drop everything especially nandrolone . After 2 weeks (if it's npp) do hcg and hmg.
We are all different.
You shouldn't be blasting without breaks, blasting and trying to be fertile is also not very smart.

I did mention HMG to them, but even the nurse said it was extremely expensive and we should go with HCG first. I don't think I'm permenantly sterile since I already have a kid, so I'm not that worried, I'm just surprised I got a zero sperm count when ive been taking HCG the during all my cycles for the last 8 months.

Its been two weeks since my last injection of cyp and npp,
I increase my HCG to 2500iu a week, should I add clomid ? If so how much. I keep reading clomid is beneficial for the maturation of sperm. Again I wonder what I will do when my T levels totally drop again if I"m not taking trt, but I want another child so I guess ill have to suffer those effects like last time I got my wife preg.

I emailed Dave Palumbo and got this:
FOLLOW THIS!
75 IU HMG (Human Menopausal Gonadotropin) every other day until pregnancy occurs. (Biopepshop.com carries HMG (and it’s very cheap)
2000 IU Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG ) every other day until pregnancy occurs.
50mg Clomid (clomiphene citrate) 2x a day until pregnancy occurs.
DO NOT TAKE ANY ANABOLIC STEROIDS or Hormone Replacement (HRT)
I'm juts gonna follow that minus the HMG, and add that if I need it.
