Dr prescribed Trt protocol

Hi guys,
So I’ve started trt yesterday and finally looking forward to getting my life back. I don’t know much about it all but reading what everyone seems to be taking I think my dose is very low. Because there’s a shortage of Primoteston I was give sustanon 250 1ml injection every 2 months. I have a script for Primoteston 250 next but that’s also to be administered 1ml every 2 months.

I think you need a new doctor. Do not follow that protocol. Are you sure it’s every 2 MONTHS and not weeks?

What the guys said above. This protocol will make you feel worse than simply having static low T.

Primoteston is Testosteron Enanthate. It is supposed to be dosed weekly. Trt with it would be ~ 100 - 150mg/week much like the Cypionate esther. There is a product testosterone undecanoate (Aveed I think is the name) that can be dosed every 10 weeks, or something like that, but I don't know too much about it. I'd suggest another opinion or clarification on what they are talking about. The protocol you describe seems wrong.

Here in Spain is called Reandron (1000mg/4ml), A full ampoule is injected every 10 or 14 weeks and mantains stable levels. I'd like to see estrogen levels every 6 weeks from someone using this protocol.

Trebor1 just like everyone else is saying you need to check with your Doctor and confirm these were his instructions. It should be weekly. I wouldn't start anything until you understand what you are taking.

Either your doctor is a completed idiot, or you got the instructions wrong. The following graphs represent the amount of molecular T you can expect to be released from the ester(s) that you inject at that dose and frequency. A couple of things to keep in mind is that Sustanton is a blend of 4 T esters with varying half lives, this software plotting program takes those half lives into account. Also to give some perspective to the graphs, the average adult male produces about 7 mg of molecular T (not esterified) per day. The goal of a good TRT program is to administer enough of the T ester to keep it in a range of about 7 (+/- 30%) molecular T released from the ester per day to mimic natural T production. When you go much over 10 mg, you approach super-physiologic ranges, when you go much lower than 5 mg, you get in to sub-physiologic ranges.
