Very low T!

I’m 37 years old and have been injecting cyp for 5 years!!!
I have low-T
I inject 150 mg weekly which puts my test levels around 700.
Anyways I went to my dr and he did blood work and he said my testosterone came only 39.I was like what!
Just three months ago it was 700
So he checked my test levels again.wont have the results bk for a few days.
Okay question ?

What would make my testosterone drop from 700 to 39?I haven’t missed any injection or anything.Im just speechless.
Hoping it’s just a fluke .does anyone have an opioin on why my test would drop ,even tho I haven’t missed a dose?

Echo above. Bad labs or perhaps they changed the units they are reporting. check to see if it is reported in ng/dL, which would be correct for a number in the 700 range.

Also, consider breaking up that dose into at least twice weekly injections. You get much more stable T levels. See the first sticky for "Best Practices in TRT" for a complete discussion of why.

Assuming it's scripted test it's a lab error or like 55 said, a different scale. Nmol/l @ 39 would equate to over 1100 ng/dl.

700 sounds like a total testosterone levels
and 39 the free test level...
