Well you included your name in the file so not good
I dont think the cholesterol is that much of a concern

How much test are you running?
Your hemoglobin/hematrocit looks great so i'm jealous..
Your ALT isn't that high so I wouldn't worry about it

have you ever ran SHBg before? i'm trying to understand why your free t is in that range

    Shit good catch

175mg a week along side 42.5mg mast and 42.5mg primo per week

    I been doing Adex EOD @ 0.125mg. I'm going to go 2x a week at 0.125mg now.

I'm puzzled by free T being low.

I need a good brand of Red Yeast Rice. I got lipitor on hand , but I don't think it's needed yet.

I think Cheerios and red yeast rice can fix me with some intense cardio

Look into Slo-Niacin, you may improve HDL somewhat. I believe Kel mentioned some of the more progressive TRT Drs. give you a 10 point bump on your HDL as well if you're on replacement T.

Thinking lowering the a'dex as mentioned might help total cholesterol over time.

Would've expected free T to be higher; like you mentioned a SHBG value would be useful.

Considering what you're running, I don't think your LDL is horrible. I would opt for cardio and fiber as well vs. a statin...not a fan of pharma statins.

Cheerios isn't my cereal of choice, but I do buy the store brand bite size plain shredded wheat, dust it with a little cinammon and Splenda, and throw a couple of ounces in a sandwich bag to munch on throughout the day. Just keep a bottle of water handy.

I was running the DHT's to help with free T by lowering sbhg.

Maybe some vitamin D will help as well.

So the niacin, 250 mg 100 count for 15$ or 500mg 120 count for $12

I'm not concerned of "the better deal" on the stronger cheaper one, as if I have to cut them, I'm not getting the benifit of the slow release.

    How much do you take?

250mg/day. I buy the 500mg on Amazon and split them.

Yes!!!. I also started using the red yeast rice and niacin after some time and it changed my lipids drastically. It actually works!

Any idea why the free T is kind of in the lowish range (it isn't low im just used to seeing higher free T for myself)

Optimized D levels can help over time. Won't make a large difference but it can add up. D is in every cell in your body and one of the most important vitamins you can take.

Re Niacin you want Slo-Niacin brand or even Endur-Acin. 500-750 for Slo-Niacin. Can't remember dosage for Endur off the top of my head. Sometimes you can find Slo Niacin at your local pharmacy, if not Amazon always has it. Take a minute and read that Reducing Chol thread.

Your BW is not bad at all. Guys above are on point. Like to see a little better FT but that is probably just the cards you're dealt with your shbg value probably a bit above mid-range. Cardiac risk is low. Divide your triglycerides by your HDL and your value is less that 2 which is great. PSA superstar.

Thanks, means alot that you take your time helping me and others interpret our blood work.

You really put my mind at ease sir. I'm over here planning my living will. I feel alot better now.

Yes I ordered 250count slow niacin 500mg, and 240 count red yeast rice 600mg. I'm going to put cardio number 1 priority before lifting for a few months.

    Thanks again kel and almostgone

if I recall correctly , your a bit estrogen sensitive. looks like your protocol is keeping things in a good range for you. I just wanted to mention that with the primo in your TRT protocol (and even the mast) , that that is having an effect on keeping your E in the lower range. And that you may be just fine lowering your AI dosage like you propose, but keep in mind when you go back to traditional TRT without the primo in there your E will like go up and will need to re adjust your AI dosage/dosing again.

simply, the primo is working like an AI for you in some capacity. heck raising your dosage or primo could result in you being able to pull your AI out completely and still be low normal E range.
that could be worth an experiment at some point. that may also bring up your HDL, depending of if the AI's are having a direct effect on HDL, or an indirect effect by keeping E low (as the higher you let your E go the higher your HDL will likely go as well)

    Hmm...

    That is interesting.

I'm almost sure my HDL and ldl are skewed slightly from the adex. Probably both direct and indirectly.

Is is safe to assume if I cut my Adex in half like I propose up top, that my e2 will double levels? Or is it not that black and white?

I'm thinking half the Dex, double the e2.

I may just up the mast n primo to double and drop Dex altogether.

So, how long should I run my doubled up primo and mast sans AI before I pull bloods to check that protocol?
