Vets of TRT... please review my blood work!
So I’m 10 weeks in to trt. I’ve been taking 40mg of test every 72hrs and 200iu of pregnyl twice a week.
I’m really trying to stay away from using an AI if possible. My recent bloods show my estrogen is a little high. I could possibly lower the test dose a bit since I’m right above the spectrum.
I haven’t noticed any sides until today. My right nip feels a little tender and I think I can feel a teeny lump.
My main concern is my BUN. It’s been high going on 14 months now. I’ve dropped creatine and protein drinks except for my pwo. I only drink water . LOTS of water. Are these numbers normal for someone who trains 5-6 days a week? Mostly intense cardio.
Please look over my BW and give me your thoughts

Don't get much better than that bro.
Try 250mg DIM daily time get e2 down a bit.
It works well for a few points on tiny bit of test
I believe kel has a 2cyear old log of him using DIM as his trt e2 control.

Your bloodwork is fairly dialed in like couch said. You could try to split your injections into 3 days instead of 2 days and see if that lowers the estrogen. So it would be 30mg 3x per week or 25mg 3x per week rather than 40mg 2x per week.
May want to check with the lab to see how they are calculating your BUN score as the creatine may not be affecting it.
If the blood values (RBC/Hematocrit/Hemoglobin) creep up towards late summer or end of year you can also look at donating blood.
Drinking a lot of water is great, just want to make sure you are matching it with good intake of minerals and electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium being the biggest two), otherwise the water is just going to flush away.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

T levels look about perfect. I would not mess with dose. I also am a big fan E3D dosing. It gives more steady blood levels than 2X weekly and you can test on any injection day because they are all spaced equally apart.
I wouldn't worry about BUN if you are exercising intensely and consuming a good amount of protein. It's a byproduct of burning protein. If other liver enzymes are also out of range, I might get a little concerned, but that's not the case.
I would not treat the E2 unless you have a prior history of anabolic steroid use . There is much debate on treating borderline high E2 in men on TRT. AIs are difficult to dose when you are borderline high. Low E is worse then borderline high E. However, if you have a history of anabolic steroid use, you may have developed a sensitivity to E2 by prior development of breast tissue that flares up when E goes out of range. I don't have any experience with that anomaly, so if you do have such a history, you might want to ask other guys who do have experience. There's lots of them in this forum that can help you more than me.

Thanks 55, I have done a few steroid cycles in my life time. Nothing that compares even to the more basic cycles discussed on the other forum though. My lab work 14months ago showed 380 total / free 9.0. I didnt feel any symptoms of low t but decided to try a low dose cycle to see if I was missing out on something lol. I started at 100mg T every 3.5 days and 250iu hcg every 3.5days . Right away my nipps got super sensitve and puffy . I read some posts saying that its pretty normal to feel that early cycle so I ignored it. My mid cycle labs showed 949 total 24.7 free and my e2 shot to 84.8.
I treated that right away but I believe I may have developed a tiny bit of gyno behind my right nip.
After pct my labs showed my levels right back were they where before, actually a few points higher.
What I feel right now is totally tolerable but I dont want it to get worse Ive got nolva and arimidex at the ready if need be. Maybe someone else might advise before I head to the other forum.
Thanks for the info on BUN . I Feel a little better now.Last edited by Painjunky; 03-19-2019 at 07:52 AM.

No worries brother, what do you think about running 10mg nolva for a while until DIM begins to lower e2?
