    Blood Work Help

So i just got my bloodwork back after about 9 months of being on TRT and there are a few things out of range. Was hoping someone could clarify.

    46 years old
    5'8"
    210lb
    10% body fat

    Taking Cypionate 200mg/ml and HCG

    Dosages are:
Tues and Friday .25ml of cypianate
Every other day 20 units of HCG

    Test 640 (264-916)

    Eos Absolute 0.8 (0.0-0.4)
    LH 0.1 (1.7-8.6)
    DHEA Sulfate >1000 (71.6-375.4)
    Free Test 45.4 (6.8-21.5)

Everything else says it is within range.

    Thanks very much!

LH and FSH will always be reported as 0 because exogenous testosterone shuts down their production. The purpose of using HCG is that it mimics / replaces LH and FSH. You won't need to test those 2 hormones in the future.

The free testosterone score is quite high for 100mg per week. Did you run the bloodwork the day of or day after your injection ? The free test score is what matters most, overall / total test score is not very relevant / practical.

Have not seen EOS absolute before.

DHEA score seems fine. I use 25mg of DHEA before bed. Haven't figured out if it's doing anything yet but it's an extremely cheap supplement.

Thanks so much for your response. the test was day after injection and probably right after HCG injection as i tend to do that upon waking. Haven't taken any DHEA so looks like i don't need to

Here is my bloodwork before i ever started TRT
    TESTOSTERONE , TOTAL, LC/MS/MS 239 L 250-1100 ng/dL

    FREE TESTOSTERONE 53.8 35.0-155.0 pg/mL

Not sure if i this makes a difference
Thanks so much for your feedback

    Just a couple of thoughts:

5'8" 210 lbs and 10% BF....That's a hell of lot of muscle! Good work!

As per previous post LH and FSH should be near zero while on TRT. There's no reason to test for it anymore.

I don't test for DHEA. Not sure what good it does for us to know unless you are really deficient. HCG will probably drive up DHEA production.

Your Free T is very high and seems a out of balance with your Total T. This would indicate low SHBG. I'd have that checked in your next lab, not that there's much you can do about it. Usually guys with low SHBG do better with smaller and more frequent T injections. You might want to consider daily subcutaneous of very small amounts (e.g., 0.15 mL).

The high EOS does concern me. Are you experiencing a current infection? High EOS can be indicative of a parasitic infection, an allergic reaction, or possibly cancer. You probably want to look into this further.
