Help! 5 Years On TRT and Recently Feeling Very Weak!

So Ive been on TRT for about close to 5 years and was always feeling great till about 6 months ago.
I cant explain it but lost my motivation, my body feels heavy and achy plus a complete loss of strength.
Ive always been a cyclist and today while riding I could barely pedal up a small hill. Something is definitely wrong!
Thought maybe I needed a break from training which I did and it didn't help. It's like I lost my super powers or something!?
I read somewhere that it could be adrenal fatigue and I should take a little bit of Wellbutrin for a while.

    I'm age 41
    6'2
    205lbs
dose of 125mg weekly of test cyp

Recently did blood work and everything looks fine.

    What can it be?

Need more information to be able to help you.

    1 - body fat % ?
2 - how are you dividing 125mg or all at once?
3 - what else is part of your HRT besides test ? list all medications and supplements
4 - are you on any medication not related to hrt (such as sleeping pills, antidepressant, etc)
5 - what specific bloodwork testing did they run and what were the results + reference range ?
6 - how much caffeine / stimulants / etc do you take
I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

What's your ; cortisol, fasted blood glucose? and thyroid look like. Also need to know SHBG and sensitive estradiol

    You need to change the following;

Inject Test 3 times per week not once (so 3x35mg)
Add HCG at 250-350IU 3x per week
Add DHEA if estrogen is in range 25mg AM 25mg PM
Add Vitamin D3, can start with 5000IU split through day. Add 500mg Magnesium and 100mcg K2
Reduce caffeine down to 0 slowly (200 then 100 then 0) then reintroduce later

BTW Windex thanks, I don't have HCG on hand but will order some soon. Wouldn't mind the testties looking fuller.
I have some Clom, nolva and arimedex on hand. How much should I take to lower my estrogen and for how long?
Also once I have HCG on hand how long should I take it for or is it forever also?

    Ordered the vitamins too

Is this Doctor prescribed HRT or self prescribed ?

I need reference ranges for the bloodwork results otherwise they mean nothing out of context.

HCG is forever. It replaces FSH and LH hormones.

You should also read the HRT stickies.

You do not need clomid, nolva or an AI

My ranges seem normal except for my estrogen levels are high. My FSH and LH are nonexistent at .01 My HTR is prescribed but I've also done other cycles so usually have other goodies. Doc just gave me test after my labs showed low test. But never educated me on anything. I don't think he knows squat because I've mentioned HCG before and looked at me crazy. My estrogen levels are definitely high looking at a printout. Everything is in the middle ranges and good.

FSH and LH will always be zero, if your doctor is ordering those then you need to find a new one because that doctor has no clue what's going on.

What are the exact reference ranges of your test ? Not high/medium/low I need to know for example Free Test range is A-B units. Or you can upload a pic of the results and black out your personal information.

Also need to know what estrogen test was ordered because most of the time the doctor orders the wrong one.

High estrogen is not bad - it's a common misconception. Just like how salt and fat was demonized forever.

If you've been fine for 5 years its not likely to be medications that haven't changed.

Check this out, I suffer from it and it rears itself in many many different ways.

Please post the results of all pertinent recent labs an include the laboratory normal reference rages. Without ranges, it's impossible to give advice because normal lab values differ from laboratory to laboratory. They much always be considered relative to their own "normal" ranges.

Labs that would be most helpful are Total T, Free T (or bioavailable), Estradiol (also need to know the method used), SHBG, and DHT. Prolactin and thyroid hormones would be helpful too.

Also post the medications you are taking. If any have changed recently, that could pinpoint the problem.

People can feel bad for all sorts of reasons, hormones are just one possible source, so I would consider all possibilities before getting hung up on your hormone protocol. Changing a stable protocol without labs to justify a change might make the problem worse.
