TRT Clinic/Doc in Detroit area...also sw Ontario

Hi

I live in Canada (close to Detroit border) and I would like to find a trt doctor that is proactive and knowledgeable with TRT. My doc is nice and pro-trt but I feel lacks the knowledge necessary to dial me in (ie, won't even prescribe hcg). Even though labs and scripts are covered I have no problem paying for bw and necessary scripts in the US.

Also if any Canadians know of a good trt clinic/doc in Canada (SouthWestern Ontario) please advise. Really want to work with a doc who knows what they're doing.

In my area, my family doctor knows almost nothing about HRT.

When i told him I was getting HRT from a men's health type practice, he said, "what do you get, 100mg or 200 mg per month"? I couldnt help but laugh at first. I then told him 200mg per week, split into two doses. He acted like that dose was the most unheard of thing he ever encountered.

He asked "why twice a week"? I told him I didnt like the dragging ass feeling towards the end of the week, so I go half the dose, every three days.

He tried to tell me that older guys should have a low number, and we shouldnt try to feel like we are in our twenties forever. Needless to say, I dont use him to collaborate on my HRT treatment.

Having an HRT doctor in the US while living in Canada doesn't work.

There's 101 doctors in the GTA who will script HRT - just do the legwork and research.

Thank you for the response. I figured that would be my best option but was hoping for the convenience of popping across the border instead of driving 4 hrs but I am in the GTA every couple months so it should be too bad.
