Came off TRT to get wife pregnant... feel like Sh!t
Came off of TRT to get the wife pregnant.
It is taking too long
I managed to get my levels within "Normal" range with an aggressive PCT. Even got my sperm count back up.
Estradiol
55
<162
pmol/L
Testosterone
14.6
8.4 - 28.8
nmol/L
Testosterone Free
243
196-636
pmol/L
My issue is that I feel like absolute crap everyday for the past 5 months. Could I go back on TRT and keep taking HCG and Clomid while I try to get her pregnant?

Well then I'd stay the course and not risk the unnecessary sperm suppression. I know, HCG can mitigate this but why throw the wrench at this time?

Resist the urge to get back on testosterone lol. Be grateful you were able to achieve a healthy sperm count and just give it time. After you get her pregnant and get back on gear you will see some amazing results. I was off all aas for about 8 months to get my fiancé pregnant.
We accomplished that and now I am running a cycle and seeing results I’ve never seen before.
I know exactly what you’re going through and it was so bad that we decided to start trying before we got married so I could get back on ASAP. I remember having to force myself to have sex with her to get her pregnant... it was like a chore... that’s how bad I was.

This is the main issue. I feel like a complete loser.
If I were to keep using a "sperm boost" would I want to use clomid, hcg or both?

I went what you went through, went from zero sperm to 40m. But she was still not getting pregnant. We decided to go to a IVF clinic, got several sperm samples frozen. The clinic did this method "Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a fertility treatment that involves placing sperm inside a woman's uterus to facilitate fertilisation. The goal of IUI is to increase the number of sperm that reach the fallopian tubes and subsequently increase the chance of fertilization" It worked first time and we have future sperm available if need and back on TRT feeling good and happy. Think about it.

It might be helpful if Yeahbuddy summarize his experience and protocols where he was eventually successful. We traded a lot of comments in 2 other stings not that long ago. You can probably easily find them by clicking on his profile and find the strings where he's posted.
