    Recent Bloodwork

After a move to the Southeast, my TRT protocol switch from biannual sub-q pellets to weekly TestC injections. This is my second set of labs on my new protocol and are consistent with previous. I'm doing 100mg of TestC weekly and cruising on 100-250mg of NPP/Deca (depends on what I have available) weekly. Labs were done at Quest Diagnostics and I made sure they used the appropriate codes to screen out Nandrolone and the appropriate E2 test. A couple of questions: SHBG is low based on Quests range, why and should I be worried? Glucose was a surprise since it was in a non-fasting state and I do have family history of diabetes. I assume I should keep a very close eye on this? E2 was high but I've been higher and I feel good so not too worried about it but have Adex on hand if I start to feel wonky or doc pushes more labs.

    Thoughts?

    Test total 648 Range 250-1100
    SHBG 9 LOW Range 10-50
    Test Free 202 Range 46-224
Test BIO Av 433 Range 110-575
    Glucose 51 LOW Range 65-139
    E2 60 HIGH Range <39

When on pellets, my Test would jump to 110-1500 then gradually decline over several months. I feel much better on this consistent level.

It looks like you were in a bit of a valley here... When was blood draw relative to your last injection?

Also, ranges will help. There are at least a couple of different ranges on t alone.
I pin on Monday and these labs were on Friday. I've thought about 2x weekly and will give it a try in the near future.

Test numbers are great. You're surviving just fine on once per week. That said, twice would be optimal. You can actual lower your dose a bit when doing so which will help your E2 even more. Less injected at one time = less conversion. Still, that range doesn't look like a normal Sensitive Assay. Glucose is low particularly in a non fasted state. Keep an eye on this as normally (hypoglycemia) it's related to diabetics.

Re your shbg it's quite normal for it to be low in your situation. Test as well as deca will both push it down so expect this if you run shbg in the future. Mine's in the same boat as yours. Positive side is it allows for much higher free T levels. Only real negative would be if you suffer from any sides related to metabolic syndrome.

    Kel,
As always thanks for the insight. I'll start pinning 2x week next week and double check the E2 test again next time I get one. With diabetes in my genetics I'll keep a close eye on it.
