TRT Bloodwork - Coming down to natural levels

I am prescribed 100mg weekly test cyp. Been playing around last month or so with test en 250mg weekly on top of the 100mg. Need to get bloodwork done but want to be within normal levels. How long should I go cold turkey on top of donating blood, would a week be good enough or should it be longer?

Or perhaps there is a better way to cycle down?

Just stop the additional test and resume your normal protocol. The injected test will taper down on it's own. I'd give yourself 4 weeks on a normal protocol before initiating blood work, imho. If you want to drop the levels a little quicker simply skip all test for a week then resume your normal TRT protocol.

Donating blood may not even be necessary, but I don't know how your RBC's etc respond to test. If you think it'll keep your doc happy then sure. 350 mgs weekly is really not a large bolus of testosterone to be honest.

TRT Bloodwork - Coming down to natural levels

This is what level I got down to after three weeks stopping TRT.

    Total Testosterone 63

    Free testosterone 11

    Estradiol (ultra sensitive) 9

It looks like I crashed everything.

Not surprising. It's going to take a while for your HPTA to recover natural production, if it ever will. We have no history of what you were prior to TRT. Those pre-TRT levels were likely low or you wouldn't be on TRT at all. Right?

Personally, I would have gone with Kel's advice and simply returned to your normal TRT protocol. You must feel terrible now with those labs. I'd restart the TRT and split the 100mg/week into at least 2 injections of 50mg. better yet, go to an E3D protocol of about 40 to 50 mg, which works out to 93 to 117 mg/week.

I’ve restarted, but at 50 mg - .25 ml every 3.5 days. Still no elections. This does suck.

Proviron gives me a slight headache, but I started that up again.

I just got in a few bottles of bacteriostatic water so I might try a vial if hGC that I have left from my last order.

Now that it’s sunny here lately, I started up my melanotan 2 again. That used to help out the cause.

My labs were ridiculously low, but I want to start with a new men’s health place, so I got lab work to show what I got going on.

I didn’t get to a doctor, my TRT doctor moved before the outbreak and I’m not traveling any further than I was. I ordered that bloodwork online.
