    Advice on my blood work

    prolactin: 4.41 ng/ml

    Estradiol: 51.3 pg/ml

    Testosterone : 431 ng/ml

    FSH: .1 mIU/ml

    LH: .1 mIU/ml

I have attached my CBC as well. All of CBC appears to be normal but please look over it as well.

As for my TRT protocol I am taking .25 ml of 200mg/ml Test C every 3 days. I also take daily 50 mg oral dhea, men's vitamins, probiotic, and 40mg of Vyvanse. After blood work was drawn I have added 500ui hcg 3x per week for 3 weeks then once every 3 days the same schedule as my test. I am trying to regain fertility to get the wife pregnant and also still trying to feel better and get healthier. I have been on TRT for over a year. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get to this point. I was originally started out on 100mg test c once a month and it was hell. I've since been through 4 docs and specialists. Please tell me what you think about my labs. The labs were taking Three days after an injection before the next injection. The doctor has me on 200mg/ml once every 2 weeks since I now give my own shots I broke the dose up into a every 3 day protocol to get more stable levels with less peak and trough. Should I request an AI for the estradiol? Should I try to push for more test again? Should I be pushing for a little more HCG or in my situation with staying on trt do you believe the 1500 ui per week for 3 weeks then 500ui every 3 days will be enough? Thank you for your advice! EDIT I have been on the above protocol since 08/12/2020Click image for larger version.

Thank you for your response Cylon357. I had those labs done prior to starting the hcg . I wanted to see where all my levels were because it had been a while since I had labs and I wanted to know where all the levels were before adding the HCG. I have been on the .25ml of 200mg/ml test c since 08/12/2020 but had not had blood work done since maybe February. I haven't had much luck with doctors or specialists. Unfortunately I feel like I know more about trt than any of them which as we know is probably true. My current urologist at least some what listens to what I'm saying, enough anyway that he approved me for the hcg with trt. I feel like the t levels are too low myself. Over the past couple years I have gained weight and have struggled to try to get it off. I've lost libido, strength, all the symptoms of low t that was what started me down this long journey as far as High estrogen symptoms what should I look for. I feel like my Estrogen has been too high and my test has been too low for a while hints why I've had such a trouble with mood swings and weight gain. Over the last couple months I have finally started to feel okay. I don't feel good, I don't feel anabolic by any means. I just feel okay. I'm a little more confident and assertive than I was a couple months ago. Im super thankful that I no longer have bitch hormones and cry like a girl anymore. I went through that when they crashed what little t I had with putting me on 100mg test c per month one shot a month for 3 months. I constantly feel bloated. If I eat I at least need 30 mins to an hour to not feel sick if I'm going to be active. My drive isn't where it should be. I will attach the actual lab for the estradiol test. This all is made more complicated because I'm trying to have one more baby with the wife.

I tried to add it to the original post but it put it at the bottom of the original post.

I am also afraid that the HCG might further increase my estradiol. Is that something I should worry about? I've read that lots of men feel better taking trt with hcg. Some studies say it shouldn't be done, others that it always should be done and then others state only to gain pregnancy and then to stop. Ultimately I want to feel better and be healthier. At the same time my wife and I really want at least one more child that is what got me to fight to get approved for the hcg. However if possible I don't want to stop trt because although I don't feel great it has save my marriage and probably my life. I was very low before I started to recover my Testosterone .

I should have had this in the original post but my doctor required me to do a semon analysis test to prove i needed the hcg . The test showed I had ZERO active sperm. The LH and FSH also show very low almost non existent levels. That is how I was able to get him to approve the HCG which I am getting from Empower pharmacy. All tests and levels shown were pre HCG. I started HCG the Day I left the office after the blood tests were taken.

Thank you, Clyon357, I really appreciate the detailed advice. I will ride it out for now and see what happens after I have more blood work done after being on HCG for a while and have the sensitive estradiol test done. One good thing is at 50mg test every 3 days my hemaocrit and platelets are still in normal range. Do we know how fast our body starts to respond to hcg or is it just too different for everyone to gauge? I've tried searching the form and have not had luck of finding a time table of plausible effects that may take place in a given time.
