Finding a good trt protocol after some errors

I'm 25 and i have low T. Unfortunately is not so low to get a prescription in my country.
I started trt three weeks ago. I had never done a cycle neither trt.
First week was: 2x 175mg of Testo enant (total of 350 mg) + 2x 0.5 arimidex (total of 1mg of arimidex) + 2x 250 ui of HCG (total of 500 ui of hcg)
Second and third week was the same as first week.
After starting trt I always felt really bad, tired and always sleepy, with no energy.
I understood that what i was doing was not trt, but a cycle (also a bad one) and that AI is not recommended for a trt. Since trt is a life time commitment i would like to do the right things, without being nasty in order to find the protocol that gives me the best results.
Now I’m thinking to go for 2x 75mg of testo enant per week (total of 150 mg of testo weekly) with no hcg; this for 8 weeks, then blood test. In fact i would like to find first the right testosterone protocol and then try if hcg make me feel better or not. Is it dangerous to avoid hcg for months until I try the right protocol for testosterone ?
Ps: I’m new to this world so if you have any suggestion I really appreciate it. I understood it's not simple to become a good self doctor, I struggled with low t levels for many year, please don't be rude.

75mg TestE(or C) 2x per week is definitely the best place to start for TRT. Once your blood levels are stable (4-6 weeks) you can get your 6 week blood work and compare it to your before treatment bloodwork. Try to be completely dried out from SERM's and AI's before your 6 week bloodwork otherwise your E2, Cholesteral, and others will all be skewed and it will spoil your assessment.

If your E2 is too high you might have energy and libido problems, finding the CORRECT amount of AI for YOU is not easy, it's trial and error. You can base it off of how you "feel" but eventually you need to get bloodwork. Having too high Estrogen is fine long term as long as you can handle the non critical side effects, or don't have any. Those side effects are: Water retention(bloating), Gyno, ED, low Libido, mood swings, hot flashes. Estrogen is Cardio and Neuro protective, it's also anabolic, it won't hurt you long term if you can handle the side effects.

Low estrogen(E2) also has a bunch of shitty side effects, but unlike high estrogen it will lead to an early death. We have a fuck ton of research showing low E2 will lead you to cardiovascular disease and an early grave. And if you somehow don't die of heart disease, you're gonna end up with dementia or Alzheimers. Don't crash your estrogen.

You don't need HCG . You might want HCG but you don't need it and after you've done the couple hours research required to know all the in's and out's you probably won't want it anymore either. If you decide to have kids in the future you can buy some.

If you have bloodwork go ahead and post it. Let us know if you have any specific questions.

I would go the other direction. Your dial in will be in the 80 or so range a week (if done properly this is where a physician will place you.) If you are low test and you know it and you have decided to go on trt for the rest of your life do it right. 150 dose a week of real full potency test is going to put you way over 800 total test. You might can handle it but as time goes on you will pay the price. 40mg x 2 shots a week is plenty for a trt dose. It will take you 6 months of this before you start recovering noticeably and a year to get a majority of function back. Many things will take 3-4 years to get back 100 percent. Slow and steady wins the race. If you want to blast or cycle whenever do it but your body needs a real base level to fall back to. I do not mean to contradict what anyone else is saying. Just have been there and done that.
