    CBC just fine.
    CMP same. Great liver values
Creatinine above range probably due to dehydration from fasting.
D level sucks. You need to supplement. 5K daily probably work fine taken with a large meal.
    Keep an eye on TSH
Like to see your Triglycerides lower so add fish oil if not already using it. If you are, take more.
Overall chol is fine though. Total really not that important. Your risk for a cardiac even is low based on your HDL / Triglyceride ratio.

Awesome, thank you so much for the info. Will def. jump on Vit D right away. I figured it would be low seeing I live in a colder climate and haven't been outside and this year we wear all cooped up with Covid.

I was thinking the same thing. I have surgery in 3 weeks so I will wait until after before donating unless my doctor wants me to prior.

Good catch by Bull. It's not dangerous in any way, shape or form but I always feel better when I do donate.. Except for the last time when the F'd things up. Went in for a DRBC donation and they pulled the blood just fine but when they started pumping (saline) back in I felt my arm getting really tight. I put up with it for a minute or so more and finally lifted up the gauze, my arm was lumped up about an inch high and 2" wide. Seems something went wrong the the fluid was going under the skin instead of the vein. Lovely.

They ended the process quickly. Told me I basically donated a pint anyway. Said I'd be sore and bruised for a couple days but fortunately none of that occured. Odd to say the least. Rant over.

Oh shit that sucks.... luckily you were able to still donate. I will ask my primary on Monday when I meet with her if she recommends donating before my surgery. I still don't have my Test, Free Test, and E2 results. I'm hoping they will get posted today but if not I will find out I'm sure on Monday.

As for the Vitamin D I got D3 gummies dosed at 50mcg. Should I just take one 50mcg service or should I take more?

So D3 Gummies dosed at 50 mcg equate to 2k IU's. Yes, double it. When you run out of them buy regular D3. Doesn't have to be any fancy brand, just basic D3 will work.

My E2 results came back and are on the higher side. Not sure if I should take Anastrozole to see if I can lower it. It is within the normal range.

    ESTROGENS, TOTAL, SERUM
    Your Value
    150.8 pg/mL
    Standard Range
    60 - 190 pg/mL

No reason to lower it. I prefer my estrogen a little over range. Better libido, growth, etc.

What can you tell me about my blood work???

That blood test is effectively useless anyway. Estrone barely does shit in the male anatomy (other than potentially being converted to estradiol in some instances), estriol barely exists in anyone other than pregnant women. So this test is detecting a bunch of irrelevant shit, when specifically estradiol is what you should be looking at.
That out of the way, even if we assumed this was all E2 (which it’s obviously not), I still wouldn’t take an AI unless I were getting symptoms to warrant it (i.e., starting to grow titties).

When I requested the lab I requested an E2 sensitive. Guess I didn’t get that

They screw it up all the time. I normally go in with the actual codes for them to use so they don't F up. Did my BW last November and neglected to take them with me. I impressed on them which one I wanted and the girl could not find it. Her manager came over and promised it would be taken care of. They both failed.

So frustrating. I just had my physical and she said she is concerned about my thyroid numbers and is going to recheck in 2 months to see where they go. She said my liver values were high normal but could be because I’m taking Creatine. She said to stop taking creatine now before surgery The lab results for test haven’t come in yet so she said give it another couple days. Overall I’m mostly healthy so that’s a plus

Odds are she's confusing muscular trauma from your workouts elevating ALT and AST as opposed to creatine. Someday when you can pull blood work after a couple weeks off from lifting and see the difference.

OK, so I got my Test and Free Test results back. Both are a bit higher than I would have though. Could be because I've been taking Clomid 50mg ED. Still not optimal but nowhere near as low as I would have thought. Before going on TRT I was in the mid to high 200's. Anyways, here is where they are:

    TESTOSTERONE , TOTAL 424 ng/dL 250 - 1100 ng/dL

    FREE TESTOSTERONE 95.8 pg/mL 35.0 - 155.0 pg/mL

We all know that clomid is stimulatory to the pituitary and thus downstream test production. So, you'll know where your levels really are when you come off and retest with only your own non-stimulated endogenous production.

    Hoping for the best.

thank you. I'm going to stay on the Clomid in hopes of getting my fiance pregnant. So far no go but that's the goal. I will def. retest when I'm off and then jump back on.

I have to have bloodwork again March 24th to recheck my Thyroid levels. I think I'm going to have her do Test again but come off of Clomid for a week or so prior and see where the numbers are.

Be very interested to hear your results. Clomid is out of your system pretty quickly but I don't know how long it's stimulatory effects last and thus how long it will take test to normalize.

I was looking online to see if I could find out but no such luck. My guess is prob a week or so. Test Prob. is out of your system in just a few days so your levels can drop rather quickly once you come of. But skipping a day doesn't cause your Test to crash. Our bodies want homeostasis to keep things as close to normal as possible.
