Recent bloodwork
Evening all,
I'm currently on 180mg pw Test E and had bloodwork done last week - attached.
My fertility is gone due to chemo in 2012 so prolactin is usually high but wondering if even with my history it's unusually high? Does anyone have an input here; greatly appreciated!!
Cheers,

Well, your thyroid is fine which can cause elevated prolactin so that's ruled out, imho.
Estrogen being elevated can cause prolactin to rise but yours is not that high to cause prolactin to be double the range. Wrong estrogen test anyway but I don't think they offer a Sensitive Panel across the pond.
Stress can make it rise but damn, it would have to be serious stress.
On any meds? Anti-depressants?
Last thought on my mind is a pituitary abnormality such as a prolactinoma. Curious if you've ever had an mri for one?
What put you on replacement?

Not on any meds, other than vitamins and supplements.
So my endocrine system took a battering after a year of chemo in 2012. 2 cycles of ABVD weren't effective so they moved onto 6 cycles of Escalated BEACOPP which done the trick, however left me totally infertile etc. A few years went by and I really wasn't feeling myself. Recommended by my Haematologist to see and Endocrinologist who basically fobbed me off and offered me anti-depressants - the fucker.
After researching for a while, I was certain my situation was down to low t - I started self-medicating last April and I'm pleased to report that it has been a total success. Just goes to show that no-one, not even the medical 'experts', knows your body like you know your body.
I've attached a couple of pictures from before I started trt and where I'm at currently.

Thanks mate, appreciate that.
Hope you don't mind me asking (I've started a thread on this on the Q&A board but would love to pick your brain), I'm contemplating adding a low dose of tren into my regimen and wondered what your thoughts are?
-As I'm running test e, do I run tren e and pin them both together, twice weekly?
-The feedback seems to be to run tren ace and pin either daily or EOD - would you go along with that?
-Been advised of dosages between 80 and 200mg per week - everyone has different sensitivities right so start low and find the sweet spot?
-Better to run a cycles (8 weeks) than long-term trt protocol?
Sorry if this is cheeky..

Don't know your cycle experience and history, but:
Always start with Ace. Problem arises it's out of your system in a couple days.
EOD is fine
If you've never run it before start low. I'd even say 100 mgs pw. Considering how much stronger it is than test you'll be amazed with the results.
You can always up the dose later if things go well.
6-8 weeks is fine with short esters (ace)

So, I'm currently pinning on a Monday and Thursday. What is a good way to complement this with the tren ace - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday? If that works, can I stack the ace on my test days?

If I run tren with my test I'll just go M-F for test and M-W-F for tren. 3 shots, simple. I prefer to skip weekends and have never felt any different from that one extra day.
