TRT-Blood draw tomorrow. Any advice?

Going to draw blood for TRT evaluation tomorrow. I have read several posts regarding additional glucose intake 60-90 min prior to help show as low as possible. Also, fasting the night and morning of. Would you guys recommend doing so? Thanks in advance.

That kind of depends on what all else they are testing. If they test "fasted blood glucose", then you might get some 'slin prescribed if you do the sugar thing. Maybe that isn't a bad thing.

As for whether or not the "glucose loading" works in this regard, I can't say. Some follow no-fap because they believe it will elevate their numbers, maybe the opposite will lower them. IDK about that either, to be honest, just putting that out there.

If you are going to a clinic, a specialized hrt clinic, it may not matter as much. Primary care docs are a bit more restrictive typically.
