    Incorrect bloodwork

Just got my results back and they were pretty surprising. My total T was up from 320 6 months ago to 613 and my free T was up from 12 to 75. This caught me off guard since I have not been taking anything. I noticed the reference ranges were way off and then saw they had me listed as female. I can't imagine this affects anything but the reference ranges and the values themselves are unaffected. But I was already skeptical of the results and now this just makes me want to throw everything out and retest. Maybe someone out there with more intimate knowledge on the lab side of things can tell me, is there anything in the sample prep or actual testing that could be altered by testing the sample as female?

Sounds like good news? Going forward, opt for LC/MS testing if not already.

Re test and do what Vette said. LC/MS will rule out certain forms of interference that can skew results.

Not really good news. Makes my accelerated muscle loss while cutting more confusing and harder to manage.
