Injection sites affecting test serum level?
Another question maybe someone has experience with. Absorption and serum level I. system if injected into glute versus deltoid, thigh etc.
100 mg Cypionate /week, week 8.
I received my low day testosterone result (day 7 AM before next injection). Injected IM glute
426 ng/dl
The lab didn’t run the full profile so I retested the following week (day 7 before next injection)
Those results came back 1316 ng/dl. The only difference was that injected into my deltoid the second time around.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Thoughts?

Injection sites affecting test serum level?
I think the injection site is irrelevant for serum level, but I’m pretty sure it affects exam result if you inject on the same arm you use to collect blood… The only time I did this way, the result returned out of range, for the first time, and it was also the first time i had the blood collected from the same arm i injected days before… think about it, the exam reads ng/dl, if you inject, let’s say, 100mg, you injected 100.000.000ng (nanograms) on the same arm you are looking forward to having, let’s say, 1.200ng/dl…

They draw blood from your vein. You aren't shooting it into your vein, are you?

Overall saturation depends on how long you have been injecting and the esther the test is attached to.
Everything else is irrevelant regardless if skews the level at time of blood draw.
But no it doesnt matter which muscle .
As I have been doing only glutes and my levels are on par with dosing. This is after a few weeks if course.
This is why you wait 5 weeks at least with C and E to do draws .

Of course not… I don’t think the topic’s author is either… But from my experience, when I injected on my left deltoid and had the blood collected from my left arm a couple of days later, it read out of range for the first time… this may have been fluke… though it made sense in my head, considering i had injected 100.000.000ng of testosterone on my left delt a couple of days before and the max reading of the exam was 1500ng/dl… it is too much testosterone too close from the point of collection…

No, it doesn't work like that, even though you injected 100 mg in your left shoulder. Now, if you draw too soon after applying test gel, you can skew the value. They're pretty specific about the application sites for exactly that reason
The injection wasn't too much testosterone too close to the collection site. It was too much testosterone relative to the collection date.Last edited by almostgone; 01-15-2023 at 04:59 AM. Reason: Added gel info
