I got my results back, and not sure what to think. I did a blood donation and my hematocrit looks better,
But my protein is low, globulin is low, bilirubin high, and AST high.

Pretty crazy your hematocrit is that low with your test that high. I’m on 80mg 2x a week and mine sits at 50. I inject Monday and Thursday and alwys get bloodwork Thursday am and my test is always between 880-950. Def need to start to donate regularly

Like Cuz said, nothing to worry about. Creatinine can be from dehydration from fasting from bloodwork (where it's never necessary to restrict water) or even from muscular trauma. ALT or AST will always elevate from trauma once again.
Creatinine can also be elevated due to supplemental creatine, if you're using (you should be)
Thanks all for your input. My kidney function seems to weave in and out of the good range and I believe thats from taking 800 mg of ibuprofen 10 years ago for about 2 years daily unaware it was bad for your kidneys. I started taking 5 grams daily of creatine a few months ago for the muscle and cognitive benefits and it felt great, but my GFR dropped so I backed down to 2.5 grams and GFR went back up but still a little out of range but im okay with that trade off.
I also backed down to 75mg of test because I'd like to be in the 900-1000 range. I'm also taking 40 mg of Telmisartan now instead of Losartan to for my borderline HBP because of the benefits to the PPRA gamma system that Telmisartan seems to provide. Anyway, bloodwork on June 9 after two days of no physical exertion and we'll see if my AST gets back in normal range.
Sounds like you are handling this excellently. BTW - From my research and understanding, I do not beleive you need to worry about the creatine: if a person isnt supplementing creatine and their blood creatinine is high, it signals an issue with the kidneys via the GFR test. However, if a person is using supplemental creatine, the reason for the raise in creatinine is the supplementation, not a damaged kidney. The GFR test doesnt know any different so the GFR is lowered.Quote:
