    trt and puffy nips

50 year old male, 1st year of TRT, currently on 150mg of test e, 50mg m/w/f, 250iu of HCG m/w/f and 6 IU of GH per week
I've just recently had a blood test and everything is in range, now 2 weeks later my nips are more puffy, I tried to ignore it cause the test shows my e2 and prolactin is in range and I'm not having any other negative effects, but I'm starting to get a little worried, maybe my e2 is elevated but still in range and is causing the puffiness, I figure I could

    1. Add 20mg of tamoxifen to block the receptor at my nips
    2. Add some Adex in an attempted to lower the e2
    3. Add 100mg of mast e to lower the e2

I'm thinking that if I chose one and wait 4 weeks and have another blood test and see what my markers are then maybe that would be the right thing to do, I'm leaning towards option 3 because I've read that people have reported great results with low dosages of test e and mast e as long as you watch your lipids and not let your e2 crash, can anyone offer any advise

    cheers

You don't know what the root cause is, or if it is even a problem. Are you holding water? Are you overweight? Are you putting on weight? How long have you been on TRT, and when did you add the HGH?

Finally, is the puffiness less in the morning and more in the evening?
