Arimidex only treatment

So I finally found a doctor who I thought knew what he was talking about. I am a 30 year old and my Test level was aournd 319. He also said my estrogen level was above normal. He put me on a script of Arimidex only 1mg per day and he said he would retest in 6 weeks. After looking around and comparing that seems like a high dosage. I have had a history of Gyno and have done no more than 6 cycles in the past 6 years. Any input would be appreciated. The Doc said if this does not help I he would put me on TRT shots. No clue about exactly what yet.

1 mg a day is a lot, Your Estrogen levels will be almost zero at that dose which is as bad as having high Estrogen levels. Did you ask him why such a high dose. No fvcking Dr anywhere gives me anything without first justifying why and second telling me what the side effects are

Yep you always have to make sure. Especially some older doctors arent up to date on stuff.

I just see doctors as people that prescribe stuff. You always gotta do your own research and ask questions, especially if not a specialist.

Secondly the first guy was right 1 mg of arimidex is so much that is almost as bad as having it to high it will get rid of all your estrogren, to much of it.

Go with the flow mate, dont push your Dr to hard or he might just shut up shop completely and then your ****ed for sure.
Start with the dex and see how it goes, then talk it over with him on your next review.

Alot of people dont know that dex on its on is a form of replacement therapy, much to public misconception 1mg will not kill off all estro.

Im currently on 1mg a day dex and happily on a prescribed 250mg test a WEEK!!!
I couldnt be happier.
