On average males range from 200-800mg testosterone in the body at any 1 given time but if someone had previously cycled and didnt recover and stayed shutdown how much testosterone would they need to give themselves on a weekly basis to stay in the 800-1000mg range?I would imagine all esters are different and would mainly want to know with propionate .

I think your numbers are a bit off. Usually the amount of T that is in a average males body is between something like 250-850 ng/dl.

You are correct.After your response i pulled out some old papers from previous bloodwork and total test levels are between 240-950ng/dl and free test 9-30ng/dl.My mistake Sorry.Any idea if someones natural production completely shutdown how much propionate would they need to give themselves on a weekly basis to stay at the 950ng/dl level or above for total testosterone levels ?

I think that will vary widely among different people. I think that having blood work is the only way to get it down that accurately

prop isn't a good choice for longterm TRT

You can use prop dose in HRT dose 25-40mg EOD, but you will become really unconfortable with each other day injections.

If you need HRT go for long ester like Enanthate or Cypionate or even better undecanoate.

With cyp 200mgs week gets me in the 900-1100 range.
