1 IU ok for a 25 year old anti aging? Im sorry but are you kidding me. How many IU's will you give her at 45. What are you really trying to achieve giving a 25 year old and you 29 hgh, because it is not for anti aging purpose at this time in your life. You both are producing your own and she has her own hormones working for her too.

at her age, HGH wont work worth a damn for "anti aging".

At 25 you have no business messing with GH. Wait until you actually need it. At 25 there is no reason not to be natural.

At 45 my wife is currently at 2iu/ED. She is about 8 weeks in and seeing some results. At 25 I would not have even considered it.

agree, my wife ran it at 37, she didn't like it as it caused too much water retention and bloat..

thanks spywizard she feels better rested so far but she has only been on for 3 weeks

1iu a day for a 25 year old is a waste of money. She's just replacing what her body will make for free. If I were to do it all over again I would have started hgh when I was 25 and just stayed at 2iu per day 5on/2off. It's easier to prevent the signs of aging then reverse them. But at 1iu a day shes not going to do either.
